Coleslaw Tomato Vinaigrette

  • 3/4 cup [150 g] sugar
  • 3/4 cup [190 mL] vinegar
  • 1 cup [250 mL] oil
  • 1 can [10 ounces / 284 mL] cream of tomato
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] prepared mustard
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] H.P. sauce
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] pepper
  • Mix together all ingredients using an electric mixer.
