Creamy Honeyed Coleslaw

Comments: Best if prepared the evening before.
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] honey
  • 1 bottle chive vinaigrette
  • 2 to 8 teaspoons [10 to 80 mL] vinegar
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cup [100 g] sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1 cabbage, finely shredded
  • Mix together all ingredients except cabbage.
  • Pour over cabbage.
