- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] yogurt
- 1 shallot, chopped
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] honey
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] tarragon, dried
- 1 can [6 1/2 ounces / 184 mL] white or pale tuna
- 1 can [10 ounces / 284 mL] mandarin sections, drained
- 1 apple with peel, diced
- 1 cup [250 mL] celery, sliced
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] raisins
- Lettuce leaves
- Chopped nuts

- Mix together mayonnaise, yogurt, honey, shallots and tarragon.
- Drain tuna and break into pieces.
- Add mandarins, apple, celery and raisins.
- Stir in enough sauce to coat all ingredients.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate.
- Serve over lettuce leaves.
- Garnish with nuts.
