Colonel's Coleslaw with Carrot

Ingredients	Preparation
1 large cabbage head chopped in robot or mincing machine 5 celery stalks, chopped 1 medium onion, chopped 1 carrot, chopped 15 ounces [470 mL] sweet relish 16 ounces [500 mL] mayonnaise 1/4 cup [60 g] sugar 3/4 cup [190 mL] milk Salt and pepper to taste	Mix together all ingredients.
