- 2 cups [500 mL] fresh cranberries
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] honey
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] white wine
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 cup [250 mL] red wine vinegar
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] cranberry juice
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper

- Pour cranberries, honeay, wine and garlic into a small saucepan; bring to boil over high heat.
- Reduce heat and boil about 15 minutesm until craberries are very tender.
- Sift mixture, pressing cranberries to extract as much juice as possible.
- Add vinegar, cranberry juice and pepper.
- Pour into decorative bottle.
