- 1/2 cup [125 mL] red wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] corn or safflower oil
- 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Dijon mustard
- 3/4 teaspoon [3.75 mL] oregano
- 3/4 teaspoon [3.75 mL] oregano salt
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] honey
- 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] tarragon
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] basil
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] minced garlic or
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] garlic powder
- 1 cup [250 mL] water

- Shake well all ingredients except water.
- Add water.
- Shake.
