1/2 cup [125 mL] red wine vinegar
1/4 cup [60 mL] corn or safflower oil
1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] lemon juice
1 tablespoon [15 mL] Dijon mustard
3/4 teaspoon [3.75 mL] oregano
3/4 teaspoon [3.75 mL] oregano salt
1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper
2 teaspoons [10 mL] Worcestershire sauce
2 teaspoons [10 mL] honey
1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] tarragon
1 teaspoon [5 mL] basil
1 teaspoon [5 mL] minced garlic or
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] garlic powder
1 cup [250 mL] water
