Canyon-Style Ranch Salad Dressing

Ingredients:
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] red wine vinegar
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] corn or safflower oil
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Dijon mustard
  • 3/4 teaspoon [3.75 mL] oregano
  • 3/4 teaspoon [3.75 mL] oregano salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] pepper
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] honey
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons [7.5 mL] tarragon
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] basil
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] minced garlic or
    1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] garlic powder
  • 1 cup [250 mL] water
  • Shake well all ingredients except water.
  • Add water.
  • Shake.
