Caesar Salad Dressing

  • 3/4 tablespoon [11 mL] vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] dry mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon [25 mL] Tabasco sauce
  • 4 to 6 anchovy filets
  • 4 to 6 garlic cloves
  • 2 slices well-cooked bacon
  • Combine all ingredients in an electric mixer until consistency is homogeneous.
