- 2 cups [500 mL] drained boiled cooled small, such as twists or macaroni, pasta noodles
- 2 peeled carrots, sliced
- Broccoli flowerets of 3 or 4 broccoli stems
- 1/2 cucumber, sliced
- 1 sweet green pepper, membranes removed and seeded, diced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 8 cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 bunch fresh parsley sprigs, chopped
- 1/2 bunch fresh dill sprigs, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] alfalfa
- 1 tiny jar capers, drained
- 6 ounces [190 mL] Caesar salad dressing
- Lettuce leaves

- Line a salad bowl with lettuce leaves; set aside.
- Into a large bowl, well mix together drained pasta noodles, carrot slices, broccoli flowerets, cucumber slices, sweet green pepper dices, green onion slices, cherry tomato halves, chopped parsley and dill, alfalfa and drained capers.
- Delicately stir in Caesar salad dressing, until well combined.
- Transfer salad mixture into prepared salad bowl, and serve.
