- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] low-calorie Italian salad dressing
- 1/4 cup [60 g] grated Romano cheese
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] prepared mustard
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 4 medium potatoes, peeled, boiled then cubed

- Into a blender, mix together egg, Italian salad dressing, grated Romano cheese, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and salt, until well blended.
- Toss into potato cubes, until well mixed.
- Refrigerate until really cold, before serving.
