Apple Cinnamon Coleslaw

  • 2 cups [500 mL] shredded cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] chopped apples
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] raisins
Salad Dressing
  • 8 ounces [250 mL] vanilla yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] cinnamon
  • Into a small bowl, well blend together all salad dressing ingredients.
  • Into a medium bowl, toss together all salad ingredients.
  • Pour salad dressing all over salad; toss to coat.
