- 1 1/2 cups [375 mL] chopped apples
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] raisins
Salad Dressing
- 8 ounces [250 mL] vanilla yogurt
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] cinnamon

- Into a small bowl, well blend together all salad dressing ingredients.
- Into a medium bowl, toss together all salad ingredients.
- Pour salad dressing all over salad; toss to coat.
