- 1 kiwi, peeled then pureed
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] or less curry powder
- 1 pound [454 g] smoked turkey slices
- 2 or 3 medium ripe avocados, peeled then sliced
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced then halved
- 6 dill sprigs
- Shredded lettuce leaves
- Kiwi slices, to decorate

- Well mix together kiwi puree, mayonnaise and curry powder; refrigerate mixture.
- Into half-circles, evenly arrange smoked turkey slices, avocado slices and then tomato slice halves onto 6 individual plates.
- Serve along with kiwi mayonnaise, garnished with dill sprigs and shredded lettuce, decorated with kiwi slices.
