- 2 small heads Boston or butter lettuce, rinsed and torn
- 2/3 cup [160 mL] walnut pieces
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] crumbled Feta cheese [4 ounces / 113 g]
- 1 cup [250 mL] seedless red or white grapes, halved
- 5 tablespoons [75 mL] walnut oil
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] vegetable oil
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] white wine vinegar
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

- Into a large salad bowl toss together torn lettuce, walnut pieces, crumbled Feta cheese and grape halves.
- Into a small screw top jar, combine walnut and vegerable oils, white wine vinegar, salt and freshly ground black pepper.
- Shake well, until salad dressing appears creamy.
- Just before serving, drizzle salad dressing over salad and toss.
