- 8 pounds [3.6 kilos] apples, cored and diced
- 2 [20-once / 568-mL each] cans pineapple chunks
- 8 ounces [227 g] miniature marshmallows
- 1 bunch celery, chopped
- 8 ounces [227 g] chopped nuts [optional]
- 2 cup [500 mL] salad dressing
- 8 ounces [250 mL] whipped topping

- Into a glass salad bowl, mix together apple dices, pineapple chunks, miniature marshmallows, chopped celery and, if desired, chopped nuts.
- Into a clean bowl, mix together salad dressing and whipped topping.
- Pour all over fruits; toss and serve.
