Ground Veal or Beef Sandwich
Servings: 2 sandwiches
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] prepared mustard
  • Chopped parsley, to taste
  • 4 slices of bread
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] cooked ground veal or beef
  • 2 lettuce leaves
  • Mix together mayonnaise, mustard and chopped parsley.
  • Spread 2 slices of bread with mixture.
  • Spread with cooked ground veal or beef.
  • Garnish with lettuce leaves and top with remaining slices of bread.
