Stuffing:
- 6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 4 pita breads
Garnishings
- 1 - Chopped zucchini and green onions
- 2 - Chopped avocado and curry powder
- 3 - Chopped ham and tomatoes
- 4 - Olives and Feta cheese
- Sweet green pepper slices or strips

- Mix together chopped hard-boiled eggs and mayonnaise; salt and pepper.
- Mix in garnishing 1 - 2 - 3 or 4, or divide eggs mixture into parts and mix in desired garnishings.
- Half pita breads into pockets; open-up pockets.
- Garnish to taste with garnishing[s], and with sweet green pepper slices or strips.
