Egg English Muffin

  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 slice of cheese
  • Half English muffin, sideways into 1/3 [top], 2/3 parts.
  • Remove the inside of thicker part.
  • Break egg into hollowed out part.
  • Top with cheese.
  • Then top with remaining muffin part.
  • Bake into a preheated 400°F [200°C] oven for 15 minutes.
