- 1 cup [250 mL] chopped celery
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely chopped peanuts
- 1 [7-ounce / 220-mL] can water packed tuna fish, drained
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] grated onion
- 1 cup [250 mL] shredded Mozzarella cheese
- 4 hamburger buns

- Mix together chopped celery, mayonnaise, finely chopped peanuts, drained tuna fish, grated onion and shredded Mozzarella cheese.
- Evenly spread into hamburgers buns.
- Bake into a preheated 400°F [200°C] oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
