Hamburger Buns Filled with Tuna Fish Salad

  • 1 cup [250 mL] chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] finely chopped peanuts
  • 1 [7-ounce / 220-mL] can water packed tuna fish, drained
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] grated onion
  • 1 cup [250 mL] shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • 4 hamburger buns
  • Mix together chopped celery, mayonnaise, finely chopped peanuts, drained tuna fish, grated onion and shredded Mozzarella cheese.
  • Evenly spread into hamburgers buns.
  • Bake into a preheated 400°F [200°C] oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
