- 1 cup [250 mL] minced cooked chicken or turkey
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] mayonnaise
- 1/4 medium onion, finely chopped
- 1 small carrot, grated
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Flour tortillas

- Mix together minced chicken or turkey, mayonnaise, finely chopped onion and grated carrot; salt and pepper.
- Stuff flour tortillas with mixture.
- Roll into burritos.
