Ground Veal and Beef Chicken Rice Stuffed Rolls

Servings: 48 stuffed salad rolls
IngredientsPreparation
  • 1 1/2 pounds [680 g] ground veal
  • 1 1/2 pounds [680 g] ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] chili sauce
  • 1 can chicken and rice soup concentrate [do not add water]
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dry mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 48 salad rolls
  • Into a saucepan, mix together ground veal, ground beef, chopped onion, chili sauce, chicken and rice soup concentrate and dry mustard; salt and pepper.
  • Simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
  • Remove excess fat.
  • Stuff rolls with mixture.
