- 1 1/2 pounds [680 g] ground veal
- 1 1/2 pounds [680 g] ground beef
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] chili sauce
- 1 can chicken and rice soup concentrate [do not add water]
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dry mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 48 salad rolls

- Into a saucepan, mix together ground veal, ground beef, chopped onion, chili sauce, chicken and rice soup concentrate and dry mustard; salt and pepper.
- Simmer for approximately 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove excess fat.
- Stuff rolls with mixture.
