Tuna Fish Sandwich Filling

Comments: Serve as a sandwich or use to stuff salad rolls.
  • 1 [6 1/2-ounce / 184-mL] can tuna fish, drained
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] lemon juice
  • 1 cup [250 mL] grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chopped sweet pickles
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chopped green onion
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] mustard
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Mix together tuna fish, lemon juice, grated Cheddar cheese, chopped sweet pickles and green onion, mustard and mayonnaise.
