- 1 [6 1/2-ounce / 184-mL] can tuna fish, drained
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] lemon juice
- 1 cup [250 mL] grated Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chopped sweet pickles
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chopped green onion
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] mustard
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Mix together tuna fish, lemon juice, grated Cheddar cheese, chopped sweet pickles and green onion, mustard and mayonnaise.
