- 2/3 cup [160 mL] finely chopped onion
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] celery dices
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] green pepper dices
- 1 1/2 pounds [680 g] ground beef
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] catsup
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] pepper
- Olive oil
- 6 rolls

- Into a saucepan, melt chopped onion, diced celery and green pepper into a little olive oil.
- Crumble ground beef; mix in with vegetables.
- When meat is done, add catsup, Worcestershire sauce, salt and pepper.
- Mix well.
- Stuff rolls with mixture.
