- 2 to 3 tablespoons [30 to 45 mL] low-fat ranch salad dressing
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] chopped tomato
- 1 whole wheat pita bread
- 2 slices lean cooked ham

- Into a bowl, mix together cole slaw or mixed greens salad mix and salad dressing.
- Delicately mix in chopped tomato.
- Half pita bread, shaping bread into 2 pockets.
- Garnish each pocket half with 1 slice of ham.
