Tuna Fish Filled Buns

  • 1 [7-ounce / 198-mL] can tuna fish, drained and crumbled
  • 1 cup [250 mL] finely chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] any grated white cheese
  • 5 hamburger buns
  • Thoroughly mix together tuna fish, chopped celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice and grated cheese.
  • Spread each hamburger bun half with mixture; top with remaining bun halves.
  • Wrap each bun individually into al foil.
  • Bake into a preheated 450°F [230°C] oven, for 10 to 15 minutes.
