- 1 [7-ounce / 198-mL] can tuna fish, drained and crumbled
- 1 cup [250 mL] finely chopped celery
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] any grated white cheese
- 5 hamburger buns

- Thoroughly mix together tuna fish, chopped celery, mayonnaise, lemon juice and grated cheese.
- Spread each hamburger bun half with mixture; top with remaining bun halves.
- Wrap each bun individually into al foil.
- Bake into a preheated 450°F [230°C] oven, for 10 to 15 minutes.
