- 8 slices whole wheat bread
- Dijon mustard
- Butter
- 4 slices smoked turkey or ham
- 4 slices of cheese [Provolone or Swiss]
- Sliced black olives
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] chopped parsley
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] butter

- Spread bread slices with Dijon mustard on one side [inside], with butter on other side [outside].
- Garnish mustard sides of 4 slices of bread with 1 slice of smoked turkey or ham and 1 slice of cheese; top with black olive slices.
- Top with remaining slices of bread, buttered sides towards the outside.
- Brown into a grill or on the stove into a frypan, flattening sandwiches.
