- 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] Velveeta cheese
- 2 hard-boiled eggs
- 1 green onion
- 1 celery stalk
- 1 cup [250 mL] cooked chicken dices
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Butter

- Grate cheese; chop eggs, green onion and celery stalk.
- Mix together chopped eggs, green onion and celery, grated cheese, chicken dices and mayonnaise; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Stuff buttered salad rolls with mixture.
