Chicken Stuffed Salad Rolls

  • 8 3/4 ounces [250 g] Velveeta cheese
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 celery stalk
  • 1 cup [250 mL] cooked chicken dices
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Butter
  • Salad rolls
  • Grate cheese; chop eggs, green onion and celery stalk.
  • Mix together chopped eggs, green onion and celery, grated cheese, chicken dices and mayonnaise; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Stuff buttered salad rolls with mixture.
