- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 pounds [1 kg] ground beef
- 1 cup [250 mL] chili sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dry mustard
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1 can chicken gumbo soup concentrate [do not add water]
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Salad rolls
- Grated cheese, to taste

- Brown onion; add and brown ground beef.
- Mix in chili sauce, garlic, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and chicken gumbo soup concentrate.
- Thoroughly mix; simmer over low heat for approximately 90 minutes.
- Salt and pepper, to taste.
- Stuff rolls; sprinkle mixture with grated cheese.
