Cheesy Ground Beef Stuffed Rolls

Comments: Nothing is better than an easy-to-do meal to bring to the office or to the school.
Servings: Approximately 20 salad rolls
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 pounds [1 kg] ground beef
  • 1 cup [250 mL] chili sauce
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] dry mustard
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 can chicken gumbo soup concentrate [do not add water]
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Salad rolls
  • Grated cheese, to taste
  • Brown onion; add and brown ground beef.
  • Mix in chili sauce, garlic, dry mustard, Worcestershire sauce and chicken gumbo soup concentrate.
  • Thoroughly mix; simmer over low heat for approximately 90 minutes.
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • Stuff rolls; sprinkle mixture with grated cheese.
