- 1/2 pound [227 g] ground beef
- 1/2 pound [227 g] ground pork
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] prepared mustard
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chili sauce
- 1/2 can chicken gumbo soup concentrate [do not add water]
- Salad rolls

- Over medium heat, cook together ground beef, ground pork, mustard, salt and pepper, chopped onion, chili sauce and chicken gumbo soup concentrate.
- Cool.
- Stuff salad rolls.
- Bake rolls into a preheated 250°F [120°C] oven, for 8 to 10 minutes.
- If frozen, bake rolls into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
