Ground Pork and Beef Stuffed Rolls

Comments: Can be frozen before baking.
  • 1/2 pound [227 g] ground beef
  • 1/2 pound [227 g] ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] prepared mustard
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] chili sauce
  • 1/2 can chicken gumbo soup concentrate [do not add water]
  • Salad rolls
  • Over medium heat, cook together ground beef, ground pork, mustard, salt and pepper, chopped onion, chili sauce and chicken gumbo soup concentrate.
  • Cool.
  • Stuff salad rolls.
  • Bake rolls into a preheated 250°F [120°C] oven, for 8 to 10 minutes.
  • If frozen, bake rolls into a preheated 350°F [180°C] oven for 10 to 15 minutes.
