- 3 carrots
- 1 cucumber
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] salt
- 3 ounces [85 g] cream cheese
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] mayonnaise

- Finely chop carrots, cucumber, onion, green pepper and salt; transfer chopped vegetables into a sieve, drain, pressing out all of the juices.
- Mix together cream cheese and mayonnaise.
- Mix together drained vegetables and cream cheese mixture.
- Will keep for 5 to 6 days, refrigerated.
