- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] orange marmalade or chutney
- 2 slices of dark Pumpernickel bread
For each slice of bread
- 4 slices light Monterey Jack cheese
- 2 lettuce leaves
- 1 slice low-fat turkey, cooked
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] alfalfa sprouts
- 4 orange sections

- Spread marmalade or chutney over slices of bread.
- Top each slice with 2 slices of cheese, lettuce leaf, turkey slice, alfalfa sprouts and orange sections.
- Top with remaining 2 slices of cheese.
- Broil until cheese melts and bubbles.
