- 1 1/2 pounds [680 g] cream cheese, softened
- 1 pound [454 g] hot pepper cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] minced onion
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] finely chopped parsley
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] milk
- Butter, softened
- 1 loaf French bread
- Sliced ham
- Dill pickle slices

- Well mix together softened cream cheese, grated hot pepper cheese, minced onion, finely chopped parsley and milk.
- Half bread loaf lengthwise.
- Butter both cut sides of bread.
- Evenly spread cream cheese mixture over cut bottom half of bread.
- Generously garnish with sliced ham.
- Top with dill pickle slices, then with top half of bread.
- Slice stuffed bread sideways, and serve.
