- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Dijon mustard
- 1 French bread stick
- Spicy Hungarian Salami slices
- Old-fashioned smoked ham
- Mortadella or other colds cuts, to taste
- Extra-spicy Capicole slices
- Few 'raclette' cheese slices

- Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
- Mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, to get a homemade Dijon mayonnaise.
- Half French bread stick lengthwise.
- Spread sliced bread halves with Dijon mayonnaise.
- Lay cold cuts all over one half of bread.
- Top with cheese slices, then with remaining half of bread.
- Arrange stuffed bread loaf into al foil.
- Bake into preheated oven, for 1 hour.
- Slice bread into 1-inch [2.5-cm] thick slices, and serve.
