Easy Cold Cuts Sandwiches

  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Dijon mustard
  • 1 French bread stick
  • Spicy Hungarian Salami slices
  • Old-fashioned smoked ham
  • Mortadella or other colds cuts, to taste
  • Extra-spicy Capicole slices
  • Few 'raclette' cheese slices
  • Preheat oven to 350°F [180°C].
  • Mix together mayonnaise and Dijon mustard, to get a homemade Dijon mayonnaise.
  • Half French bread stick lengthwise.
  • Spread sliced bread halves with Dijon mayonnaise.
  • Lay cold cuts all over one half of bread.
  • Top with cheese slices, then with remaining half of bread.
  • Arrange stuffed bread loaf into al foil.
  • Bake into preheated oven, for 1 hour.
  • Slice bread into 1-inch [2.5-cm] thick slices, and serve.
