Crabmeat Filling

Servings: Approximately 1 1/4 cups [310 mL]
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, crushed
  • 1 cup [250 mL] broken-up crabmeat
  • 2 tablespoons [30 g] melted butter
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • Pinch of pepper
  • Well mix together all ingredients, using a fork.
