- 2 small 'Kaiser' buns
- Butter or margarine
- Really thin slices really cold roast beef
- 2 lettuce leaves
- Hot mustard, to taste
- Miniature carrots [to decorate]
- Potato chips

- Half buns; spread a little butter or margarine on both sides.
- Garnish bottom half of buns with quite a few thin slices cold roast beef.
- Top each with a leaf lettuce.
- Spread some hot mustard over already buttered top half of buns.
- Top roast beef with top half of buns; half buns then arrange two halves onto each of two large individual serving plates.
- Garnish each serving with miniature carrots and potato chips, and serve.
