Comments: If desired, top each slice of bread of half of filling, fold each slice in a pointed half and brown.

  • 2 slices hazelnut flour bread
  • 1 slice Swiss cheese
  • 1/2 apple, cored and peeled or nut, thinly sliced
  • Butter
  • Generously butter hazelnut bread slices on both sides.
  • Top one slice with Swiss cheese, then with apple slices.
  • Top with remaining slice of bread.
  • Brown for a few minutes into a sandwich maker, until hot and melting.
