Chicken Grilling Sauce

Comments: Works wonderfully on a whole chicken, using an uprighgt roasting rack on your grill.
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] soy sauce
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] Louisianna hot sauce
  • Pour all ingredients into a jar with a tight fitting lid; shake vigourously.
  • Baste chicken with sauce while grilling.
