- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] mayonnaise
- 1 small container plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] cucumber salad dressing
- Chopped parsley, to taste
- Minced chives, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Spoon over souvlaki skewers just before serving.
