Barbecue Sauce for Lamb

Comments: Try coating a leg of lamb with this sauce, before roasting.
  • 2/3 cup [150 g] butter
  • 4 to 5 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspon [2.5 mL] paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] harissa [pepper sauce]
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] thyme
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] bay leaf powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Soften butter; mix in crushed garlic.
  • Well mix in paprika, cumin, harissa, thyme and bay leaf powder; salt and pepper.
