- 2/3 cup [150 g] butter
- 4 to 5 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1/2 teaspon [2.5 mL] paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] harissa [pepper sauce]
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] thyme
- 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] bay leaf powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste

- Soften butter; mix in crushed garlic.
- Well mix in paprika, cumin, harissa, thyme and bay leaf powder; salt and pepper.
