Easy Egg Roll Sauce

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] vinegar
  • 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] ketchup
  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] water
  • 1 [8 1/2-ounce / 242-mL] bottle plum sauce
  • Into a saucepan, combine vinegar, brown sugar, ketchup and water.
  • Bring to a boil; simmer for 10 minutes.
  • Stir in plum sauce.
  • Simmer for a few minutes more.
