- 1 large can pumpkin pie filling
- 1 small bottle vinegar
- 1 cup [200 g] sugar
- 1 cup [250 mL] brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] salt
- 2 teaspoons [10 mL] relish
- 1 cup [250 mL] water [more if needed]
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] cinnamon
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Cayenne pepper

- Bring together all ingredients to a boil.
- Simmer for 4 to 5 minutes.
- If too thick, stir in a little more water.
