Barbecue Sauce for Fried Chicken

  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] oil
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] onion salt
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] celery salt
  • 4 teaspoons [20 mL] vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons [20 mL] brown sauce
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups [500 mL] ketchup
  • 2 cups [500 mL] chicken broth
  • Into a saucepan, bring together all ingredients to a boil.
  • Simmer for 30 minutes, over low heat.
