Cold Curry Sauce

  • 8 teaspoons [40 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon [15 mL] minced shallots
  • 2 teaspoons [10 mL] relish
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] thyme
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] basil
  • 1 teaspoon [5 mL] curry powder
  • Combine all ingredients.
  • Serve.
