6 ounces [190 mL] very cold [very important] evaporated milk
1/3 cup [75 g] sugar
1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] garlic powder
2 tablespoons [30 mL] vinegar
Beat together evaporated milk, sugar and garlic powder, at high speed of an electric mixer.
Pour in vinegar.
Beat until of desired consistency.
