  • 6 ounces [190 mL] evaporated milk, very cold [very important]
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons [30 mL] vinegar
  • Beat together evaporated milk, sugar and garlic powder, at high speed of an electric mixer.
  • Pour in vinegar.
  • Beat until of desired consistency.
