- 6 ounces [190 mL] evaporated milk, very cold [very important]
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] vinegar

- Beat together evaporated milk, sugar and garlic powder, at high speed of an electric mixer.
- Pour in vinegar.
- Beat until of desired consistency.
