- 1/2 cup [125 mL] beer
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] vinegar
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] lemon juice
- 2/3 cup [160 mL] chili sauce
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] honey
- 1/3 cup [80 mL] brown sugar

- Combine all ingredients into a small casserole.
- Simmer over medium heat, stirring to dissolve brown sugar.
- Keep sauce warm.
- To serve, pour sauce over meat.
