- 3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 green onion, finely chopped
- 4 tablespoons [60 mL] soy paste
- 5 teaspoons [25 mL] Chinese-style plum sauce, chutney or prune jam
- 2 tablespoons [30 mL] tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] corn oil
- 5 teaspoons [25 mL] chili sauce
