Chive Sauce

Comments:
You may replace chives with shallots. This sauce is great with bourguignone fondue.
Servings:
1 cup [250 ml]
1 cup [250 ml] sour cream
1 tablespoon [15 ml] chives, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon [1 ml] Worcestershire sauce
2 drops Tabasco sauce
1/2 tablespoon [7.5 ml] lemon juice
Salt and pepper to taste
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
