Chive Sauce

Comments: You may replace chives with shallots. This sauce is great with bourguignone fondue.
Servings: 1 cup [250 ml]
  • 1 cup [250 ml] sour cream
  • 1 tablespoon [15 ml] chives, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 ml] Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 drops Tabasco sauce
  • 1/2 tablespoon [7.5 ml] lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • Keep in refrigerator until ready to serve.
