- 2 cups [500 mL] chili sauce
- 3/4 cup [190 mL] brown sugar
- 2 [12-ounce / 330-mL] each cans beer
- 3 tablespoons [45 mL] Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] vinegar
- 1/8 cup [30 mL] lemon juice
- 1/2 cup [125 mL] honey
- A little mixture of butter and flour
or A little cornstarch mixed into a little water

- Mix together chili sauce, brown sugar, beer, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, lemon juice and honey into a casserole.
- Bring to a boil.
- Thicken to taste, with flour or cornstarch mixture.
