Epicurus Sauce

  • 1/2 cup [125 mL] heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons [45 mL] mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] prepared mustard
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] salt
  • Pinch Cayenne pepper
  • Beat cream until stiff.
  • Fold in mayonnaise, mustard, finely chopped onion, salt and Cayenne pepper.
