- 3/4 cup [190 mL] chili sauce
- 1 medium-size onion, minced
- 1/4 cup [60 mL] lemon juice
- 1 1/2 tablespoons [22.5 mL] oil
- 1 tablespoon [15 mL] vinegar
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] tarragon
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon [2.5 mL] dry mustard
- 1 1/2 teaspoon [7.5 mL] brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon [5 mL] Worcestershire sauce
