Cucumber Dill Sauce

Comments: Serve along with ham slices, onto a cold buffet table.
Or serve onto individual plates, along with a few slices cucumber, a few tomato quarters and a few radish slices.
Servings: 1 cup [250 mL] sauce
  • 1 cup [250 mL] cucumber, peeled, seeded and finely chopped
  • 1/3 cup [80 mL] light mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup [60 mL] light sour cream
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 1/8 teaspoon [0.5 mL] salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon [1 mL] dill
  • Combine chopped cucumber, mayonnaise, sour cream, shallot, salt and dill.
  • Refrigerate until ready to serve.
