3/4 cup [190 mL] heavy cream
4 tablespoons [60 mL] prepared horseradish
2 tablespoons [30 mL] vinegar
Salt, to taste
Beat cream until stiff.
Gently stir in prepared horseradish and vinegar.
Salt then refrigerate sauce until ready to serve.
